A Man Hunt.

The Thrice-a-Week World has the following most suggestive editorial on the great wheat war which has agitated the financial world for the last few weeks:—
“Out in Chicago the house of Armour is hurling its mighty battalions of money upon the mighty battalions of money that fight under the banners of the house of Leiter.
“Like all war, this commercial battle is a ‘man hunt.’”
“The human stake is the bread-hunger of countless millions of human beings.
“A royal sport indeed! What if men, women, and children in the uttermost parts of the earth go hungry to bed and rise hungry to toil because of this war? That does not trouble Leiter or Armour. It only adds to the excitement of their man hunt.”
