Hoopeston, Sept. 8.—I came from the Bloomington camp-meeting to this place, a village of about 2,000 inhabitants, and with the aid of French brethren pitched the tent immediately. I spoke twice yesterday (Sunday), to about 200 persons. I speak here in English. There is a family of our converts from Pittwood who are living here. Our address is, for the present, Hoopeston, Vermillion Co., Ill. D. T. BOURDEAU.
