Eū-gē'ni-ā, n.

n. [Named in honor of Prince Eugene of Saxony.] (Bot.) A genus of plants, mostly of tropical countries, and including several aromatic trees and shrubs, among which are the trees which produce the allspice and cloves of commerce.
