Trā'cing-pā'per, n.
n. A transparent paper, which enables a drawing or print to be clearly seen through it when laid over the drawing, and so allows the use of a pen or pencil to produce a fac-simile by following the lines of the original. It is usually tissue-paper soaked in oil, turpentine, or thin varnish.
