I would be happy to help you prepare; I will craft both a sermon and a detailed lecture outline that connects Psalm 11:3 to the importance of the 8 Laws of Health. I will ensure the content is structured for an engaging presentation to your audience.

The Unshakable Foundation: Health and the Soul 🏛️
Introduction: A Lesson for the Little Builders 🧱
Children, imagine you are building a beautiful house made of blocks. You want it to be tall and strong, but what happens if you build it on a pile of soft, wiggly sand? The moment you add the roof, the whole thing tumbles down! But if you find a big, flat rock and place your first blocks there, your house will stand firm even if a wind blows against it. Our bodies are like that house, and God has given us a special "rock" to build on called health reform. If we take care of our bodies, we are building a strong foundation for Jesus to live in our hearts.
I. Analyzing the Foundation: Psalms 11:3 🔍
The scripture asks a solemn question: "If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?" Psalms 11:3. We believe that these foundations are nothing else than the law of God—the ten commandments. However, this principle extends to the very structure of our existence, for our character building must be after the pattern shown in the mount. In order to make character-building possible, there must be a right physical foundation laid by correct habits of living. The physical life is to be carefully educated, cultivated, and developed, that through men and women the divine nature may be revealed in its fullness. If we allow ourselves to form wrong habits or gratify appetite at the expense of health, we are actively laying a foundation for feebleness.
II. The Body as God's Building 🏗️
The Word of God declares, "Ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building" 1 Corinthians 3:9. This figure represents human character, which is to be wrought upon point by point.
The Individual Work: Each worker is to build his life with pure, noble deeds so that the character may be a symmetrical structure.
The Danger of One Flaw: One stone laid wrong will affect the whole building, and we must take heed that our building is founded on the eternal Rock.
The Soul Temple: The heart through which Jesus diffuses His peace and joy becomes His temple and His throne. If we defile this temple through health-destroying indulgences, we cause spiritual and physical degeneracy 1 Corinthians 3:16-17.
III. The 8 Laws of Health: Our Foundational Pillars 🌿
To prevent the foundations from being destroyed, God has revealed the "science of health," which is found in the simple agencies of nature.
Pure Air: We must have a precious knowledge of how to breathe, for nature's furnished remedy of pure air is powerful in its efficiency.
Sunlight: Plenty of sunlight in every room of the house is essential for comfort and health.
Abstemiousness (Temperance): True temperance is the foundation of all the graces that come from God and the foundation of all victories to be gained. This means total abstinence from tea, coffee, tobacco, and alcohol, which ruin the physical, mental, and moral powers.
Rest: We must not overwork the mind or body, as this unbalances the nervous system and shortens the period of time God designed for His service.
Exercise: Regular exercise in the open air is a necessity for those who would regain their health.
Proper Diet: We must discard flesh meats, which strengthen animal propensities, and choose instead a nourishing diet of grains, fruits, seeds, and roots.
Water: The use of pure water, with a knowledge of how to apply it, is one of nature's own remedies to bring the body to its proper condition.
Trust in Divine Power: We are to acknowledge Christ as the Chief Physician, for the Great Healer is to be magnified in all our efforts to recover.
IV. The Science of Salvation and Health ✝️
The science of salvation should be the burden of our lives, and the health reform is a vital part of this science. The gospel and the medical missionary work are to advance together; the gospel is to be bound up with the principles of true health reform. As the right arm is to the body, so is the medical missionary work to the third angel's message. When we present the principles of health reform, it removes prejudice and opens the door for the truth to find entrance into hearts. Christ is the foundation and chief corner-stone of this work Ephesians 2:20.
Conclusion and Appeal: What Are You Going to Do? 📢
Brethren and sisters, God has sent a special message of health reform to prepare a people for the great day of God. Many are selling their birthright for a morsel of meat, bartering their heirship to a better world for selfish gratification in this. I beseech you by the mercies of God to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto Him Romans 12:1.
What are you going to do? Will you continue to build on the sand of self-indulgence, or will you plant your feet firmly upon the principles of health reform? Will you cleanse the soul temple of "miserable self" so that Christ may occupy the room? I appeal to you to make a covenant with God today. Drop the harmful stimulants, discard the flesh of dead animals, and let the kingly power of reason, sanctified by grace, bear sway in your life. Come to the Great Physician, for He is the root and offspring of David, the bright and morning star Revelation 22:16-17. If you live out these principles perseveringly, you will, in nine cases out of ten, recover from your ailments and stand as a faithful sentinel of reform. Turn to Christ now, and let Him build in you a character that will endure the test of storm and tempest.
