Interstellar Journeys of the Redeemed Saints
Will we visit other inhabited worlds in the afterlife?
tell me about the saints traveling to other worlds
AdventAI
The redeemed saints will have the incredible privilege of traveling through the vast universe to visit and study other inhabited worlds. This journey is part of the eternal reward for those who are faithful to God’s commandments and accept the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
The Nature of the Journey 🚀
The travel of the redeemed will be a tireless and joyful experience, unhindered by the limitations of mortality.
Method of Travel: Just as the prophet Enoch was translated to heaven, the saints will eventually have the privilege of traveling in a similar manner to view the handiwork of God across the universe.
Wings of Flight: The redeemed are described as being able to "wing their tireless flight" to worlds that are far away.
The 144,000: Those who are part of the 144,000 will have the specific privilege of visiting all the worlds to behold God’s creation.
Interaction with Unfallen Beings 😇
The worlds the saints visit are inhabited by noble, majestic, and lovely beings who have never fallen into sin.
Shared Knowledge: The children of earth will enter into the joy and wisdom of these unfallen beings, sharing in the treasures of knowledge they have gained through ages of contemplating God's works.
A Story of Redemption: The redeemed possess a unique experience that even the angels and unfallen beings do not have—they have known the actual conflict with sin and have experienced the fellowship of Christ's sufferings.
Teaching the Universe: One of the occupations of the redeemed will be to teach these unfallen intelligences the "science of redemption," explaining the depths of God's grace and the victory won through Christ.
The Purpose of the Travels 🌌
Traveling to other worlds is not merely for leisure but is an extension of the "heavenly school" where knowledge and wisdom continue to increase forever.
Studying Creation: The redeemed will gaze with undimmed vision upon the glory of creation—suns, stars, and systems circling the throne of Deity.
Vindicating God’s Character: Through these interactions, the entire universe will see the wisdom, justice, and love of God fully vindicated.
Infinite Revelations: As the years of eternity roll on, the saints will receive ever more glorious revelations of God’s power and the treasures of His universe.
It is our privilege now to prepare for this future by seeking holiness and living in accordance with the principles of heaven 1 Peter 1:12. By beholding the character of Jesus today, we are softened and refined for the kingdom where we will associate forever with the unfallen angels and the inhabitants of other worlds 1 John 3:2-3.
