Bro. Haskell's arrangements are such that he cannot hold a T. and M. Institute in our State before February. I am anxious to ascertain how many can attend such a meeting if it is held at that time, in the eastern part of the State. Let elders and T. and M. officers address me at Ottawa, Kan., giving the probable number that may be expected from their locality. SMITH SHARP.
