2 Kings 8:5
And it came to pass, as he was telling the king how he had restored a dead body to life, that, behold, the woman, whose son he had restored to life, cried to the king for her house and for her land. And Gehazi said, My lord, O king, this is the woman, and this is her son, whom Elisha restored to life.
2 Kings 8:5 belongs to the account of Elisha's ministry and the miracles God performed through him, including restoring a dead person to life. The woman's earlier hospitality to Elisha was afterward remembered, as God preserved her through a great famine. The verse shows the Shunammite woman appealing to the king for her house and for her land at the very moment Gehazi is telling the king how Elisha restored her son to life, with Gehazi identifying her and her son to the king.
Her appeal for the restoration of her house and land came after she had been away for seven years. The king's response to her appeal is the Lord's further remembrance of her.
