2 Kings 9:2
And when thou comest thither, look out there Jehu the son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi, and go in, and make him arise up from among his brethren, and carry him to an inner chamber; And when thou comest thither, look out there Jehu the son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi, and go in, and make him arise up from among his brethren, and carry him to an inner chamber;
The command belongs to Elisha's sending of a prophet's messenger to Ramoth-gilead to anoint Jehu king of Israel. The messenger was to look out Jehu the son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi, identify him among his fellow captains, and make him arise up from among his brethren. He was then to carry him into an inner chamber, setting him apart for a private anointing away from the others.
At that time Jehoram, wounded in battle, was away from the army recovering at Jezreel, while Jehu was in command of Israel's forces at Ramoth-gilead. The anointing there made Jehu king of Israel and commissioned him against the house of Ahab to destroy it. That destruction was to avenge the blood of the Lord's servants and prophets shed at Jezebel's hand.
