Golden Lampstand of the TabernacleBibleWorld

Exodus 37:22

Their knops and their branches were of the same: all of it was one beaten work of pure gold.

The lampstand was formed with its knops and its branches of the same material as itself. The whole was one beaten or hammered work of pure gold, shaped from a single piece rather than assembled from separate parts. In this form it stood among the vessels of solid gold made for the sanctuary.

God instructed Moses how to make the tabernacle, directing embroidery and skillful work to adorn the sanctuary. Skillful men were provided to accomplish the work. Women wrought the embroidery of silver and gold with great ingenuity.
