Ezekiel 3:27
But when I speak with thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house. God directs his servants and places in their mouths the message they are to deliver. The word they speak is not of their own devising but is given to them by him for the people to whom they are sent. Those who speak for him are therefore to place their dependence and trust wholly in him. They are not to lean upon human authority or to look to human counsel for their warrant and guidance.
