Ezekiel 30:26
And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them among the countries; and they shall know that I am the LORD. And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them among the countries; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
Egypt had proved to be an unreliable support for Israel. Its scattering came as the king of Babylon prevailed over Egypt in defeat. Egypt would be scattered among other nations and dispersed among other countries. By this defeat the Egyptians would come to know that the Lord is God.
