Jeremiah 17:26

And they shall come from the cities of Judah, and from the places about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the plain, and from the mountains, and from the south, bringing burnt offerings, and sacrifices, and meat offerings, and incense, and bringing sacrifices of praise, unto the house of the LORD.

The promise is conditional, given to Judah and Jerusalem on condition of obedience to the Lord and of keeping the Sabbath holy. If that condition were met, the surrounding country would flow toward Jerusalem in pilgrimage to the temple. They would come from the cities of Judah and from the places about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the plain, and from the mountains, and from the south. Coming to the house of the Lord, they would bring burnt offerings and sacrifices, with grain offerings and incense, and would bring sacrifices of praise. Such widespread coming with offerings and worship would belong to the promised prosperity and security of the city.
