Job 15:27

Because he covereth his face with his fatness, and maketh collops of fat on his flanks.

The verse stands within Eliphaz's second speech to Job, which renews accusations against him. Job answers that speech by protesting his innocence and expressing a desire for death. The picture given is of a prosperous, well-fed person. His excess fat covers his face so that the face appears hidden by it. That same fatness forms folds upon his flanks, padding the sides of his body.
