Psalms 133:3

The blessing commanded is life itself given to the one who receives it. It is not merely favor in word but living power imparted to the receiver. Where that blessing rests, life for evermore is the appointed result.
Applied to health, this means peace with God stands as the first and most essential requirement for well-being. His blessing brings life to its receiver, and without that inward peace true health cannot be secured. The body is renewed as the soul rests in divine favor.
