The LORD that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion.
The psalm is addressed to the servants of the Lord who stand in His house by night, calling them to bless and praise Him and to lift up their hands in the sanctuary. The Lord who made heaven and earth blesses His people and His servants out of Zion. He gives that blessing as His servants bless Him.
To be so blessed is to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, knowing that He loves and is constant efficiency. It is to arise and shine because light has come, overcoming much and loving Jesus greatly. Those who thus receive the blessing will be rewarded according to works and be put next to Christ within the inner circle, greatly honored.
