Psalms 145:7

They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.

The verse calls for abundantly remembering God's great goodness and speaking of it, with abundantly uttering the memory meaning to speak freely and fully about that memory. It also calls for singing of God's righteousness, that is, singing about His righteous character. True knowledge of God moves those who know Him to this abundant speaking of His goodness and singing of His righteousness.

God's people need to awaken to a clear sense of His mercies and unbounded goodness and respond by praising Him with abundant praise that remembers that great goodness. This speaking and singing belongs to greatly praising the Lord whose greatness is unsearchable, with one generation lauding His works to another and declaring His mighty acts, meditating on the glorious honor of His majesty and His wondrous works, and speaking of the might of His terrible acts while declaring His greatness. It extends to speaking of the glory and power of His everlasting kingdom that endures throughout all generations, to make His mighty acts known to the sons of men, as all His works praise Him and His saints bless Him and all flesh blesses His holy name forever and ever.

The verse is expressed in practice by speaking of God's goodness and power in gratitude for the strength He gives, in praise for His great goodness.
