Psalms 148:14

He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.

Psalm 148 sets this declaration inside a summons that calls the whole created order to praise and thank God. Both living creatures and lifeless things are drawn into that act of worship. The breadth of the invitation makes intelligent human beings without excuse when they remain silent. Their failure to proclaim the majesty and glory of God stands rebuked by a creation that fulfills its summons to praise.
