Psalms 96:13

The Lord is coming to judge the earth, and His coming is the time when judgment falls upon the whole earth. He will judge the world with righteousness and the peoples with truth, ruling in righteousness. The coming One is Christ, and His coming brings in the reign of righteousness.
That coming is cause for the heavens and the earth to rejoice, because righteousness is to rule. The certainty that He comes to judge righteously and truly calls for praise and for trust in God.
